Summary

This study evaluated the nutritional value and in situ degradability of fruit-vegetable byproducts, cabbage, and Chinese cabbage byproducts, and their effects on the growth performance of Hanwoo steers. Feeding diets containing 20% fruit-vegetable byproducts or 15% cabbage and 15% Chinese cabbage byproducts showed no significant differences in growth performance or feed efficiency compared to the control group.
