This study evaluated the effectiveness and applicability of an adult career resilience enhancement program based on the CIPP model. The evaluation results indicated that both program participants and facilitators positively assessed the program’s design, operation, content, and methods, confirming its practical effect on enhancing adult career resilience. These findings suggest that structured career education programs for adults can be effectively utilized in real-world settings.

현대화된 사회로 진행될수록 국민들의 생활체육 참여확산 및 스포츠 활성화를 위한 스포츠 참여 증진 프로그램의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며 관련 전문 인력 양성과 산업 육성에 막대한 재정지원이 이뤄지고 있다. 이러한 추세는 스포츠 참여 증진 분야에 대한 투명성과 책임성 요구로 이어지고 있다. 스포츠 참여 증진 프로그램에 대한 재정적 투명성과 책임성을 확보하기 위해서는 프로그램이 효과적이고 효율적이어야 하는 것은 물론이고 프로그램의 기획, 개발, 수행 과정에 대한 평가 또한 제대로 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 프로그램 평가가 제대로 이루어졌을 때에만 프로그램이 의도된 목적이나 목표의 성취를 달성했는지 알 수 있으며 클라이언트 및 재정 지원자가 프로그램을 선택하거나 지속 여부를 결정할 수 있다. 또한 프로그램 평가는 스포츠의 가치, 기술, 지식 등에 대한 과학적 기반을 축적, 확충하는데 기여 할 수 있게 해준다는 점에서도 상당한 의미가 있다. 본 수업에서는 기존의 스포츠 참여 증진 프로그램보다 더 과학적인 근거를 바탕으로 한 개입을 통하여 클라이언트의 권익을 보호하고 최선의 서비스를 제공하는지에 응답할 수 있는 과학적 접근, 즉 증거 기반 실천(evidence based practice)의 중요성을 강조하고, 이를 가능하게 하는 매개체로서 프로그램 개발과 평가에 대해 설명할 것이다.
