Summary

This study developed and verified the effects of an integrated arts therapy program to improve the ego-resiliency of mothers of children with developmental disabilities. The results of pre- and post-program assessments showed that integrated arts therapy had a positive impact on mothers’ ego-resiliency, positivity, self-regulation, interpersonal relationships, self-efficacy, and problem-solving skills.
