This study explored how a male drug addict discovered and adapted to the turning points of recovery through interaction with the social environment, and analyzed the factors influencing his life as a recovering individual. The results showed that the participant’s life went through various turning points such as family disruption, falling into drug addiction, imprisonment, and establishing a rehabilitation center, and adapted through experiences like accepting addiction, his wife’s visit, and a suicide attempt.
