Summary

This study presents the results of a survey conducted on 4,689 elementary school students regarding their perceptions, expectations, and satisfaction with school English classes. The results showed that students were generally satisfied with their school English classes, and intrinsic factors had a significant impact on their satisfaction. Differences in satisfaction and confidence in English skills were observed based on gender, grade, and private tutoring experience.
