Summary

This study analyzed the impact of knowledge sharing on individual work performance and the moderating effects of proactivity and organizational identification. Empirical analysis of 139 R&D center researchers showed that knowledge sharing had a positive effect on individual work performance, and this relationship was strengthened with higher proactivity. However, organizational identification was found to weaken the positive relationship between knowledge sharing and individual work performance.
