Summary

This study analyzed the structural relationship between multicultural sensitivity, multicultural teaching efficacy, and multicultural teaching competence among early childhood teachers in Jeonbuk Province. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between the three factors, and multicultural sensitivity indirectly had a greater impact on multicultural teaching competence through multicultural teaching efficacy. This suggests the need for support and efforts to enhance multicultural teaching efficacy to strengthen the multicultural teaching competence of early childhood teachers.
