Summary

This study analyzed the effects of the National Competency Standards (NCS) recruitment system on corporations’ voluntary turnover rate and new employment rate. The NCS recruitment system significantly reduced the voluntary turnover rate, but its impact on the new employment rate varied depending on the analysis method. The research results suggest the need to promote NCS utilization and utilize various performance indicators.
