Summary

This study developed a four-axis platform capable of rolling, pitch, and yaw rotation for rehabilitation and exercise training. A virtual coach and virtual reality game system were implemented to guide users in maintaining correct posture during exercise, utilizing Kinect for posture recognition and platform movement to enhance rehabilitation effects. The system incorporates upper and lower body movement and plantar pressure measurement to contribute to body balance and strength enhancement.
