Summary

This study aims to deeply understand the experiences of Asian international students majoring in social welfare at domestic graduate schools in Korea through the concept of habitus by Bourdieu. In-depth interviews revealed that the students chose Korea to broaden their worldview through social welfare studies, but while experiencing difficulties as international students, they adapted to their study abroad life with a positive perception of the Korean social system.
