This study investigated the moderating effect of resilience on the relationship between job stress and turnover intention among school sports club instructors in middle schools. The results showed a positive correlation between job stress and turnover intention, a negative correlation between resilience and turnover intention, and resilience moderating the relationship between the two variables.
