Summary

This study compared and analyzed the welfare attitudes of recipients and non-recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security, confirming that recipient status did not significantly affect welfare attitudes. However, specific program welfare policies had a positive impact on the welfare attitudes of both recipients and non-recipients. The findings provide basic data for establishing policies to improve the quality of life for members of society.
