Summary

This study examined the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment, and intention to stay among childcare teachers, and whether organizational commitment mediates the relationship between organizational culture and intention to stay. The results from 235 childcare teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do showed that organizational culture and organizational commitment significantly influence intention to stay, with organizational commitment mediating the relationship between relational and developmental culture and intention to stay.
