Summary
This study empirically analyzed the relationship between packaging design and logistics efficiency in terms of SCM efficiency for Retail Ready Packaging Systems (RRP). The results indicated that logistics efficiency decreases when packaging or delivery systems prioritize only store operational efficiency, and promoting RRP through the manufacturer's packaging system significantly improves loading efficiency.
