Summary

This study explores the experiences of teachers participating in the village education community to seek ways to develop it. Through narrative research, teachers' perceptions are categorized into contextuality, cooperation, and mutual growth, confirming the recognition of the meaning and necessity of the village education community by teachers in the field. It also suggests the need for a cultural approach based on values and philosophy rather than an institutional approach, and the importance of securing the validity of the criteria for linking with the school's regular curriculum.
