Summary

This study analyzed the moderating effects of school environment variables (learning facility satisfaction, teacher professionalism, class atmosphere) on the relationship between high school students' learning motivation (autonomous, controlled) and academic attitude. The results showed that autonomous motivation positively affects academic attitude, and this effect is strengthened by higher levels of learning facility satisfaction, teacher professionalism, and class atmosphere. No significant moderating effect was observed between controlled motivation and academic attitude.
