Summary

This study analyzed the organizational adjustment process of millennial full-time paid activists in social economy organizations through mentoring using narrative research. The findings revealed that millennials establish their self-identity as social economy activists by seeking mentors and experiencing career development, psychosocial support, and role modeling, while also discovering a vision for the social economy sector despite negative experiences. This contributes to understanding millennials as partners in the social economy and suggests directions for human resource development system development.
