Summary

This study analyzed the impact of perceived overqualification on organizational commitment, the mediating effect of psychological entitlement, and the moderating effect of voluntary job selection. The results showed that perceived overqualification negatively affects organizational commitment, psychological entitlement mediates this relationship, and voluntary job selection mitigates the negative impact of overqualification.
