Summary

This study analyzed the introductory parts of research papers written by science-gifted students to identify characteristics by period. The analysis revealed that while single introductions were common in the early stages, there's a recent trend of separating research necessity and theoretical background, along with an increasing number of sentences in the introduction. The introductions by science-gifted students are similar to those of professional researchers but require improvement in presenting previous research and logical development.
