Summary

This study developed and validated a grit enhancement program to improve grit, resilience, teacher efficacy, and teaching passion while reducing practice anxiety in pre-service early childhood teachers. The program, developed using the ADDIE model, was applied to pre-service teachers for 12 weeks, and the experimental group showed significant improvements in all aspects compared to the control group. The program's effects were sustained in a follow-up test conducted three weeks later.
