Summary

This study analyzed whether the perceived restorativeness of forests mediates the relationship between socio-psychological stress caused by COVID-19 and mental well-being. The results showed a negative correlation between socio-psychological stress and perceived restorativeness and mental well-being, and a positive correlation between perceived restorativeness and mental well-being. The perceived restorativeness of forests was found to partially mediate the relationship between socio-psychological stress and mental well-being.
