Summary

This study analyzed the effects of kettlebell and weight training on the basic physical fitness, maximum muscle strength, and pitching ability of high school baseball players. The results showed that both kettlebell and weight training had a positive effect on improving cardiopulmonary ability, muscular endurance, maximum muscle strength (squat, deadlift, bench press), and pitching speed. However, quickness and control force showed different results depending on the training method.
