Summary

This study explores the possibility of applying the team system as a new management method for school organizations, emphasizing the importance of clarifying introduction goals, forming member consensus, pursuing delegation of authority and autonomy, and fostering a horizontal organizational culture. An analysis of Haneul High School revealed team-like characteristics such as clear departmental goals, autonomy in curriculum operation, and an information-sharing system, despite the absence of a specific team introduction goal.
