Summary

This study explored the experiences of childcare teachers in enhancing high-quality teacher-child interaction through a teacher learning community. A two-month learning community was conducted with childcare teachers in workplace childcare centers in Seoul, providing opportunities for teachers to film their classes and reflectively analyze them with peers. As a result, teachers experienced positive emotions, accumulated practical knowledge, and strengthened their competencies as teachers.
