Summary

This study investigated the moderating effects of prosocial behavior and the number of friends on the association between aggression and social impact in school-aged children, and analyzed gender differences. The results showed that the relationship between aggression and social impact could be moderated by prosocial behavior, and that for aggressive boys, a larger number of friends strengthened their social impact.
