This study examines the reinforcement of the linkage of the university's liberal arts curriculum at the revised core competencies in the national education charter in 2015, aiming to enhance the completeness of the curriculum. It explores the organic relationship between core competencies and seeks various teaching and learning methods to enhance self-directed learning and imaginative creativity through the fusion of theoretical knowledge and performance ability.
