Summary

This study designs an on-line & off-line writing class model for university students' character education and analyzes its effectiveness. In particular, it utilizes flipped learning to help students cultivate their personality autonomously and presents a character education program considering the characteristics of each department. Survey results show that the class has a positive impact on strengthening students' personality competencies.
