Summary

This study analyzed the psychological effects (anxiety, frustration, resignation, etc.) experienced by college students during the COVID-19 pandemic and identified overcoming factors through counseling experiences and religious factors. The results showed that counseling experiences helped with positive emotional resolution and self-reflection, while religious factors provided psychological stability through faith and a positive outlook.
