Summary

This study analyzed reaction times and accuracies of a lexical decision task on noun-verb collocations performed by native Korean speakers and Chinese Korean learners. The results showed that native speakers exhibited statistically significant differences between unrelated words, low-frequency co-occurrences, mid-level collocations, and beginner-level collocations, while Chinese Korean learners showed differences only between collocations and non-collocations in accuracies. Notably, high-frequency collocations demonstrated more accurate and consistent processing patterns compared to other relation types.
