This study introduces a Tandem-style teaching model to support Korean students seeking employment in Japan and presents the results of a survey analysis regarding the class. The analysis revealed that approximately 90% of respondents found the class helpful for Japanese job interviews and job search-related conversation, and it was also effective in learning natural Japanese expressions and improving pronunciation.
