Summary
This study conducted a meta-analysis to examine the relationship between job competency and job satisfaction. The results showed a moderate average effect size between job competency and job satisfaction, with attitude factors having the greatest impact. Furthermore, more recent studies and theses had a greater impact on job satisfaction.
