Summary
This study explored the educational possibility of teacher evaluation tools to enhance the teaching ability of pre-service physical education teachers. The results showed that pre-service teachers experienced the need for systematic lesson planning and management, effective learning environment creation, and improved situational class management skills through the use of evaluation tools, and understood the appropriate methods for both teacher and student evaluation.
