Summary

This study examined the relationship between early childhood teachers’ multicultural beliefs, multicultural sensitivity, and multicultural education practice levels, and analyzed the influence of multicultural beliefs and sensitivity on multicultural education practice. The results showed that teachers generally had positive perceptions of multicultural-related variables, and significant positive correlations were found among these variables. In particular, multicultural beliefs and sensitivity were identified as important factors influencing the level of multicultural education practice.
