Summary

This study compared the fear of falling, activities of daily living, and quality of life among elderly individuals based on fall history, chronic disease status, and residential area. The results showed significant differences in fear of falling and quality of life depending on the presence of chronic diseases, and significant differences in activities of daily living and quality of life depending on the residential area. Fear of falling was negatively correlated with activities of daily living, and activities of daily living were positively correlated with quality of life.
