Summary

This study evaluates teacher policy in the Park Administration based on the CIPP model, analyzing the policy process from formation to termination. The evaluation revealed that while situation assessment met environmental suitability, input, process, and output evaluations showed low validity of policy objectives, procedural rationality, effectiveness, and satisfaction. Future policy design should focus on securing policy objectives and resources, and communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance policy feasibility and effectiveness.
