This study explored the difficulties and qualities of full-time counselors in college counseling centers through in-depth interviews. The results revealed difficulties related to the counseling process, identity confusion, low center status, and case management, while required qualities encompassed organizational, professional, and human aspects. Based on these findings, implications for supporting full-time counselors were suggested.
