Summary

This study revealed that service quality factors (relational quality, functional quality, economic feasibility) are important for corporate financial transactions among SME CEOs, and relational quality and problem-solving ability influence the integration of personal and corporate transactions. It also points out the lack of in-depth research on PB customers despite the active marketing activities of financial institutions for PB market dominance, and suggests implications for improving service quality and establishing integrated transaction strategies.
