This study analyzed the effectiveness of hygiene improvement through巡回訪問指導 in 122 childcare support facilities in Changwon city, focusing on facility environment, process management, and storage management. Hygiene levels in the foodservice facilities significantly improved as the number of hygiene guidance visits increased, with notable improvements observed between the first and fifth, and first and sixth visits. The results suggest that increasing the number of hygiene guidance visits to 4-6 times a year is beneficial for improving hygiene in children’s foodservice operations.
