Summary
This study analyzed the effects of self-leadership and communication ability of early childhood teachers on burnout. The results showed that self-leadership and communication ability were above average, and physical and emotional exhaustion were above average among burnout factors. Furthermore, self-leadership and communication ability were found to significantly affect burnout.
