Summary

This study aims to understand the career development process of college students through rhythm analysis theory and ethnographic methods. The results show that the learning space of college students has shifted from classrooms to cafes, they spend time studying outside their major, and the rhythm of career development is becoming simplified. This is a result of social pressure limiting participation in diverse activities, manifesting as inertia, regulation, and zero rhythms.
