Summary

This study analyzed the effects of ethical organizational culture at the organizational level on ethical leadership and proactive behavior (voice behavior, helping behavior) from a multi-level perspective. The analysis revealed that ethical organizational culture positively influences proactive behavior, both directly and indirectly through the ethical leadership of middle managers.
