Summary

This study examined the influence of consumption characteristics of traditional markets on customer satisfaction and whether merchant consciousness mediates this relationship. A survey was conducted on housewives, office workers, and students who use traditional markets in Seoul, and 273 valid data points were analyzed. The results showed that consumption characteristics significantly affect customer satisfaction, and merchant consciousness mediates the relationship between consumption characteristics and customer satisfaction.
