Summary

This study aimed to explore the influence of service quality in specialized hospitals on customer loyalty through the mediating effects of customer trust and customer value. The results showed that interaction quality did not directly affect customer loyalty, but customer trust influenced customer value, which in turn affected customer loyalty. Additionally, customer trust was found to directly impact customer loyalty without the mediation of customer value.
