Summary

This study focuses on the structuralization of “The Imaginary Journey to Science Fiction” course at Keimyung University and methods to encourage learner participation. Analysis of three semesters of class implementation showed that discussions, reports, and exams promoted active student participation and contributed to achieving course goals, but students also experienced difficulties with the frequency and intensity of class activities. Students generally expressed high satisfaction, and the need for future course improvement and continued research was confirmed.
