Summary
This study verified that teachers' sensitivity has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between ego state and teaching passion of nursery teachers. In particular, teachers' sensitivity was found to have a greater impact on teaching passion than ego state. The results suggest the need to develop professional teacher education programs that enhance understanding of sensitivity in nursery teacher education and harmoniously develop teaching passion through the enhancement of sensitivity based on ego state.
