Summary
This study investigated the relationship between parental play participation level, play participation attitude, and preschoolers’ executive function. The results showed that parental play participation level did not directly affect preschoolers’ executive function, but responsive and delightful play mediated the association. These findings suggest potential applications for the development of parent education programs.
