Summary

This study established a BIM-LCC analysis system for selecting optimal design alternatives by actively using open KBIMS libraries. The system provides single and optimal alternative LCC analysis functions and supports the selection of high-value alternatives through LCC analysis and functional analysis. Although currently only architecture and mechanical libraries are applied, it is expected to be used as an LCC analysis support tool with BIM design information in the future.
