Summary

This study qualitatively explored the operation and teaching-learning process of a university physical education ‘golf’ class using online LMS under the COVID-19 situation. The results showed that the online golf class proceeded in four stages: preparation and adaptation, adaptation to the LMS environment, self-understanding and practice, and posture analysis and interpretation, and students overcame difficulties in the online environment and gained satisfaction and confidence through autonomous learning and problem-solving.
