Summary

This study explores the school life experiences of middle school students in a special class and seeks to understand their meanings. The results showed that students experienced boredom with school life, difficulties in participating in inclusive classes, and challenges in forming social relationships, leading to a lack of belonging and stability. They also experienced conflict due to negative perceptions of the special class and showed a tendency towards low self-esteem and defense mechanisms.
