Summary
This study proposes an inventory property analysis methodology based on the age and quantity of inventory to improve the efficiency of inventory management in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, and presents criteria for managing product storage locations within a warehouse based on this analysis. Applying this to a wallpaper manufacturing company demonstrated improvements in existing inefficiencies and established new standards for inventory management.
